However, this has not been investigated since UNOS modified the composite allocation score [Lung Allocation System (LAS)] system in 2017. This also remains unknown in heart-lung transplant (HLT). Here, we analyze the utilization and outcomes of hypoxemic donor lungs in HLT.},
